I work individually with adults, who are seeking therapy for a variety of reasons. I provide 50 minute weekly or semiweekly therapy or coaching sessions. During my sessions I use psychological methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness. These are psychological treatment of first choice for anxiety, depression, panic attacks, burnout and more. Below are listed a number of areas that I specialize in treating. You can contact me when:

  • You have a lot of complicated thoughts, that makes you worry.
  • An inner voice constantly condemns your appearance, actions, and behavior.

  • When it is impossible to focus on your goals and tasks, it is impossible
  • To plan your life, and you constantly postpone things for later.
  • When you don’t know how to support yourself and how to be a friend to yourself.

Fees

My fee per 50 minute individual session is 65€, 500EGP or 2000₽.
