I'm Polina. I'm a behavioral psychologist and coach for expats

My motivation is to help people to cope with setbacks or who are stuck in one way or another. I make use of psychological methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness. These are psychological treatments of first choice for anxiety, depression, panic attacks, burnout and more. I work with expats in Amsterdam, Moscow and Cairo.


The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy.
